Purchase Policies -

Thank you for enriching your dog’s life with our awesome products! Since we do not have a brick-and-mortar location you can choose to either have your products delivered, or collect them from Uniko Salon on West Bay Road. Please see below for further information.

Payment Options

Payment can be made via COD for delivery, or via transfer for delivery or pick-up. Once you have placed your order and we have received it, you will get a call or email confirming your order and a final invoice reflecting any additional delivery charges, etc with transfer details.

Transfers are made to the Bank of Butterfield.

Collection Options

Delivery

George Town: Free on orders over $25 ($5 on orders under $25)
Red Bay/Prospect: Free on orders over $25 ($5 on orders under $25)
Newlands & Savannah: $5
West Bay: $5
All other districts ($50 minimum spend for delivery): $10
Delivery will be available on Tuesdays (West Bay – Prospect) and Saturdays (George Town – East End).

Pick-Up

You can choose to collect your items free of charge from Uniko Salon located in the Bay Harbor Center, 5 West Bay Road (across from Grand Pavilion) Tuesday-Saturday from 10 am -6 pm.
All orders must be paid for via transfer prior to collection.

Refund Policy

Items can be returned for a credit (can be used toward products or services) if:

The item is returned in its original condition
The item is still in its original packaging
The item is returned within 7 days of pick-up or delivery

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if anything is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Any items that are damaged will be replaced or a full refund will be issued.
